Our Practice

Attorney Fabian C. Moiguer was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2013. Mr. Moiguer received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Florida in 2006. He received his Juris Doctor Degree from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center in 2013. While in law school, Mr. Moiguer received an International Law Concentration after completing a semester abroad at the University of Barcelona, in Barcelona, Spain, where he studied International Law with a focus on Spanish, Catalonia and European Union Civil Law. Mr. Moiguer worked for several years with various international import/export companies in Miami, Spain and Argentina. This experience has helped him gain a keen understanding of the intricacies and practical aspects of international trade and finance, particularly with regard to shipping, risk of loss, and the international transport of goods. While in law school, Mr. Moiguer was employed as a Legal Clerk Intern at the Office of the State Attorney, 17th Judicial Circuit, located in Broward County, Florida, where he worked in the Homicide Division. Mr. Moiguer attained the Gold Level (300+ Hours) for his participation in Nova Law Center’s Pro Bono Honors Program. He was also the Vice President and Secretary of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society, the Secretary of the Evening Law Students Association, and a member of the International Law Students Association, the Hispanic Law Student Association, the Jewish Law Students Association, the Florida Bar International Law Section and the Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division.​ Mr. Moiguer is fully bilingual in spoken and written Spanish.

 Attorney Chad E. Brocato has a passion for helping people. Prior to becoming an attorney, he served for over two decades as a certified firefighter and paramedic. In 2005, he earned his Doctor of Health Science before going on to graduate law school as one of the top ten in his class, earning honors (Cum Laude) from Shepard Broad Law Center, Nova Southeastern University (2013).
